As we enter into month 8 of this global crisis, things have not improved here in regards to service timing.
At this point, I need to update the service wait to 10 days, or 2 weeks.
If you drop your machine off, there is a good chance it will be faster than that, but better to overstate the delay, than under promise the return.
Even Apple service in their stores is 5-7 days, and they don’t have the shipping delays I have.
